On 18th February 2009 a welcome reception was organized in the evening from 7 pm in the Hotel Ambassador. The Minister of Health of the Czech Republic gave a welcome speech to the participants. All conference participants were very welcome.
On 19th February 2009 a Galareception took place at the Spanish Hall, the Prague Castle.
On 18th February an optional programme for the participants was prepared. The participants were offered to visit various interesting places and sights in Prague.
