Biography

Saad currently works for the OECD studying the use of health ICTs across the OECD countries. Prior to his arrival in Paris, Saad was a senior analyst at the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) in Washington where he spent over 7 years providing healthcare ICT expertise to the US Congress and federal agencies in developing healthcare legislation, policies, and regulations. Prior to GAO, in addition to doing clinical pathology bench work, Saad was involved in various operational roles managing the design, development, and deployment of a broad range of health ICT systems in both the private and public sector.
