Biography
Tina Norgren has experience from the Swedish Public Employment Service of the county of Västerbotten and Norrbotten since early 90s. Since 2001 Tina Norgren is working at the County Administrative Board of Norrbotten as head of regional growth and communications. Ms Norgren is also secretary of the Structural Fund partnership and the regional partnership. The County Administrative Board is a government agency that works with a wide variety of issues covering the entire sphere of civil life – a link between people and municipalities and between the government and central authorities. The County Administration Board is responsible for regional development including regional strategies, Structural Funds and proactive activities in partnerships. Good public health and E-health is a growth area in the county of Norrbotten due to political priorities and therefore part of the regional growth process.
