Biography
Biography
She has Master of Laws degree from the University in Tallin where she continues with doctoral studies. After five year of consultancy work she became a Member of the Estonian Parliament (1999 – 2007), where she acted as a Vice President from 2006 to 2007. She has been a Member of the Estonian Reform Party since 1996. In April 2007 she joined the Estonian government as Minister of Social Affairs. She is also active as board member of various associations from the area of science, culture or international politics.
